Project Overview

The Problem

Research reports live or die by their distribution. Amplify had a data-rich HR Trends Report — built from insights gathered from 200+ HR professionals across Ireland — but raw survey data doesn't stop the scroll. The brief was to transform the report's key findings into a social-first infographic series that could drive downloads of the full report while standing alone as shareable, high-value content for HR professionals on LinkedIn.


The Process

Each slide was treated as a standalone visual statement — one finding, one chart, one immediate takeaway. The design system was built around a bold typographic hierarchy where the insight leads and the data supports it, not the other way around. Hot pink was used as the consistent accent throughout, creating a recognisable series identity across all seven slides.

Every data point got its own bespoke visual treatment — a dot grid for the 74% hybrid working stat, proportional bubbles for the Small Benefit Scheme comparison, a timeline bar for the 8-year retention shift, and a gradient bar chart for the pay and recruitment finding. This kept the series from feeling repetitive while maintaining a cohesive visual language. The final slide closed with a QR code linking directly to the full report download, turning a content series into a measurable lead generation tool.


The Outcome

A 7-part social infographic series designed to generate awareness and report downloads across LinkedIn and digital channels. Each card functions as a standalone post and as part of a coherent series — giving Amplify's content team flexible deployment options for both organic and paid distribution.
