Project Overview
The Problem
Affiverse — the #1 ranked source of affiliate marketing news on Google — needed a media kit that could do serious commercial work. With a growing portfolio of advertising, sponsorship, podcast, webinar, and event packages ranging from £395 to £9,995, the document had to communicate scale and credibility instantly while guiding potential partners through a complex product offering without losing them. A poorly designed media kit at this price point would undermine the very authority Affiverse was selling.
The Process
The design challenge was twofold: visual authority and information hierarchy. I anchored the identity in Affiverse's established navy and teal palette, using the brand's geometric logomark as a recurring structural device throughout — visible in the cover treatment and as a background motif on key slides.
Data was the centrepiece of the brief, so I developed a consistent infographic language across audience stats, geographic breakdowns, and competitor comparisons — translating dense numbers (1.6M impressions, 63,000 monthly uniques, 42% email open rate) into scannable visual blocks that a busy CMO could absorb in seconds. Charts, pie diagrams, and bar graphs were styled to feel editorial rather than generic.
The document was structured as a sales journey: credibility first (audience data, testimonials from industry CEOs), then product depth (packages, pricing, formats), then conversion (team contacts, call to action). Each section had its own visual anchor to prevent the 19-page document from feeling monotonous — alternating between dark and light backgrounds, full-bleed photography from live events, and tightly laid-out pricing tables.
Crucially, the document was designed for dual use — print-ready at A4 with full bleed and CMYK colour values for physical distribution at events like the ELEVATE Summit, and exported as a high-quality PDF for digital sharing via email and sales outreach.
The Outcome
A 19-page media kit that functions as both a sales tool and a brand statement. Delivered in print and digital formats, it was used at live events and distributed to prospective advertising partners across the affiliate marketing industry. The pricing architecture — from a £395 entry package to a £9,995 Peak tier — is presented with enough clarity and visual structure that partners can self-select their level without needing a sales call to understand the offering.
